PURPOSE

This policy establishes the standards of luxury and professionalism that all employees of Black Car Transport Services must follow. Additionally, it informs customers of these standards so they can report any inappropriate behavior by our staff.

Principles of Luxury and Professionalism

1. Appearance and Personal Presentation
  • Drivers and employees must dress professionally and appropriately at all times.
  • Uniforms must be clean and in good condition.
  • Personal hygiene is crucial; all employees are expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and personal care.

2. Courtesy and Respect

  • All employees must treat customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.
  • Formal greetings and a friendly, professional tone of voice must always be used.
  • Any form of offensive, rude, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
3. Punctuality and Reliability
  • Drivers must arrive promptly for pickups and at destinations.
  • Any delays must be communicated to the customer as early as possible.
4. Service Quality
  • Vehicles must be in perfect cleanliness and maintenance condition.
  • Assistance with luggage and any other customer needs must be offered.
  • During the journey, water, wet towels, and other available courtesy services should be provided.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
  • Customer privacy is a priority. Any personal or confidential information must be handled with the utmost discretion.
  • Drivers should not engage in personal conversations that may make customers uncomfortable.
