You can book a ride through our website or via WhatsApp. Simply enter your pickup location, destination, and any other relevant details, and you’ll receive a confirmation once your booking is processed.

We are based in Nosara, Costa Rica, and provide transportation services throughout the region.
4. What destinations do you service?
We provide transportation services to and from Nosara, San Juanillo, Ostional, Samara, and Marbella.
5. What vehicle types are available?
We offer Black Vans and 4×4 vehicles for off-road areas. The availability of each type may vary based on your location and specific needs.
7. Does Black car offer private transportation or shared transportation?
We only offer the best Private Transportation for our clients. However, you can gather your group of friends and share the private transportation that we offer for you, you should keep in mind that the increase in people can change the price.

Booking and Payments

1. How far in advance should I book my ride?

Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance through our website or WhatsApp to ensure availability.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our platform.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?

You may cancel or modify your booking via our formal communication channels as outlined in our Cancellation Terms and Conditions. Please make note of any applicable fees applied to cancellations and reschedules.

4. Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, all cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
5. What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you provided your flight  number during booking, we will track your arrival time and adjust the pickup time accordingly. There is no additional charge for this service.

6. Are taxes included in the rates?
All our rates already include taxes and bank fees, so you will not have any extra charges for these.

During the Ride

1. How will I find my driver?

If you are being picked up from any airport, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the airport exit with a sign with your name on it.

For any other location, it is important you look for the black van in the location you specified on your booking form.

If we ever have any problem finding you, we will try to contact you via WhatsApp at the phone number you provided. If you don’t hear from us, and are still having difficulty finding your driver, please WhatsApp us at +506 84960978.

2. What if I need to make a stop during my ride?
You can request additional stops during your ride. Please note that additional stops may incur extra charges.
3. Is there a limit to the amount of luggage I can bring?
Our Black Vans have ample luggage space, but if you have special luggage requirements, please let us know in advance.
4. Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
We offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Please specify your requirements when booking, and we will ensure the appropriate vehicle is provided.
5. Can I bring my pet along?
Pets are allowed, but please notify us in advance. Pets must be in a suitable transport box. Additional charges may apply.
6. Can I bring my surfboard?
Yes, you can bring your surfboard. Please inform us when booking so we can ensure there is enough space.
7. What happens if a natural event occurs that blocks my route to my location?
While rare, given we are in the jungle, any number of unforeseen events may occur. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as we are aware. Any event that changes the route of the booked trip may have extra charges. We will always do our best to accommodate you to your destination no matter the conditions, while keeping your safety as first priority.

While we cannot guarantee a specific driver, you can request your preferred driver when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you leave something in one of our vehicles, please contact us immediately with details of the lost item and your ride information. We will assist you in retrieving your lost item.
