Booking and Payments
1. How far in advance should I book my ride?
Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance through our website or WhatsApp to ensure availability.

How do I cancel or modify my booking?
You may cancel or modify your booking via our formal communication channels as outlined in our Cancellation Terms and Conditions. Please make note of any applicable fees applied to cancellations and reschedules.

If you provided your flight number during booking, we will track your arrival time and adjust the pickup time accordingly. There is no additional charge for this service.

1. How will I find my driver?
If you are being picked up from any airport, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the airport exit with a sign with your name on it.
For any other location, it is important you look for the black van in the location you specified on your booking form.
