CANCELATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

Official Communication Channels for Cancellations or Changes:

Cancellation Charges

Standard Cancellation
All cancellations are subject to a 20% charge of the total cost of the trip, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Short-Notice Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a 50% charge of the total cost of the trip.
Last-Minute Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the trip.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed according to the charges outlined above and will be returned via the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
No-Shows

No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations and will be charged the full amount of the trip.

Force Majeure
Black Car is not responsible for any cancellations or necessary re-scheduling caused by external events such as accidents, medical emergencies, social unrest, climatic changes, or road issues. These circumstances will be considered force majeure, and we will work with clients to find the best possible solution.
Confirmation Required
All cancellation and change requests must be confirmed by Black Car through our official channels to ensure they have been processed.

Modifications and Rescheduling

More than 24 hours before service:

Changes to the booking (time, airport, date, location) can be made without penalty.

Less than 24 hours before service:

Any changes or rescheduling will incur a 20% fee of the total cost.
Modifications that increase the distance or duration of the journey must be communicated through the official channels to coordinate any necessary adjustments in pricing.

Flight Cancellations, Delays, or Rescheduling:

If a flight change occurs before the scheduled service and the client reschedules the transport service no penalty will be charged upon modifications.

Exceptions

Black Car is not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from accidents, medical issues, social unrest, climatic changes, road problems, or any other force majeure events that impact the delivery of transportation services.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through cash, bank transfer, or PayPal.

No Show Policy

Failing to arrive for your scheduled service will be treated as an immediate cancellation, and you will be charged the full cost of the trip with no refund available.
